Debra Sardinha-Metivier, Chef/ Consultant of D.S.M. Creative Cuisine, has become one of the regions most sought after Chefs. Her diversity in the arena paired with her super passionate attitude for the art-form has allowed her much success. From making history as the first female Executive Chef of Hilton International – for the Caribbean and the Americas, to the first  female judge for Taste of the Caribbean, to several international appearances on TV [BBC Fast track, NBC’S Today Show and Gary Rhode’s Cooking Show- just to name a few], to hosting her own cooking show called Bon Manage. Currently she provides expertise as a Chef Consultant, food writer and Caterer for an A-List clientele while maintaining her “Trinbago sweet hand” and her passion for sharing the knowledge.
