As Vice President of Production, Marketing and New Business Development, Ruth uses her sixteen years of experience in the events industry to manage and mold the EE Production Team into an efficient, cohesive unit. She understands the inner-workings and the importance of each element and how each is integral to the success of an event. Her primary focus is setting the overall tone and direction of EE’s Production department while also overseeing its day to day operations.    In addition, she is responsible for maintaining high levels of quality and accuracy for all budgeting processes and creative presentations, effectively enabling Extraordinary Events to continually surpass even the highest expectations, time and time again.

From conception, design and creative writing of the proposal to producing and final reconciliations, she is capable of handling any or all of the elements of a project. Her attention to the smallest details ensures the flawless execution of each production she manages. Working with such notable clients as Cisco, Mary Kay, WAMU, Citrix, Mercedes, United Figure Skating Association, UCLA, Blue Cross, eOnline, Siemens, Toyota, People Soft, Media Asia, Siebel Systems and Japan Gray Line. Her commitment to each client has ensured a comfortable and exciting experience from concept to completion of a project.

Taking her involvement in the company and industry a step further, Ruth enjoys public speaking and presentations to groups regarding industry related topics and readily engages her audience to create an interactive, educational experience for seminar attendees.  Interest in the event industry and marketing on a global level has her promoting EE in both the U.S. and European markets as she continues to grow in her career.  Ruth is also called upon to judge industry as well as nationally televised reality events that deal with event design.  Ruth has been recognized for her work at the Event Solutions Spotlight Awards as the 2007 Event Planner of the Year and most recently as a new member of the Advisory Board for Special Events Magazine.
