The Challenge:Guardian Life of the Caribbean was seeking to revamp their annual kickoff event with the goal of reducing the monotony and increasing the level of engagement among staff and sales agents.
- Conceptualized an event theme that resonated with the staff and management, and reinforced company objectives.
- Adapted the event format to include film production, panel discussions and audience engagement.
- Maintained the momentum of the event by continuing an internal campaign throughout the calendar year.
- Increased employee attendance from 80% to 92% over three years
- Received 96% positive ratings in employee survey
