ANSA Motors Limited needed to unveil its state-of-the-art showroom for Jaguar Land Rover at a sophisticated launch event for specially invited guests. This event would give guests an opportunity to tour the facilities and become familiar with their luxury vehicle fleet, all while enjoying a celebratory atmosphere.
Solution
Conceptualized a cocktail event that included live entertainment, speeches from stakeholders, a ceremonial ribbon cutting with key dignitaries, and a display of their flagship vehicles.
Created a visually elevated atmosphere that complemented the modern and minimalist style of the showroom, using complimentary colors of white and chrome, a sleek LED screen, and vases of fresh-cut lilies – the signature flower of the showroom.
Provided exceptional services at the event for the convenience of guests. This included valet parking, digital registration, premium food and drinks including a dessert display and live sushi station, and chic brand ambassadors.
