The Challenge:
TSTT launched an e-commerce platform, focusing on local and regional artisan products and desired a formal launch event to define and demonstrate the digital platform to specially invited guests, as well as, to provide an immersive modern ‘Parlour’ shopping experience.Solution
- Conceptualized an event that begins as a formal press launch and presentation, for dignataries and stakeholders, and later transforms into a cocktail event and Parlour shopping experience.
- Developed an agenda that highlighted the technological advancements of the platform, and its possible effect on community development via entrepreneurship and better access to digital services.
- Using Parlour’s existing branding and visual elements, we created a life-size Parlour structure that guests could physically enter, as a memorable and impactful element that transcended the brand’s digital presence. This instantly established a connection with guests to reinforce Parlour’s key messaging.
Results
- Increase in brand mentions on social media
- Uptick in traffic to the brand’s website and digital platforms
- Heightened awareness of the brand among the local craft and artisan population
